Antrim Salary Open to discussion With over 50 years expertise in their field, I am delighted to be working with one of the largest transport companies who due to continued success are seeking for a Transport Operations Manager to join their team on a permanent full-time basis About you Experience of working within a similar role Hold a CPC qualification ISO familiarity Duties Ensure the Company always meets the requirements of the Operator License Deal with the day-to-day Management of all employees Be involved in the recruitment of HGV drivers and support personnel Responsible for the welfare and safety of all personnel Assess and review your team, highlight skills shortages and or training needs. Management of fines and prohibitions levied against the fleet. Report and document of both road traffic accidents and personal injuries.
