This position will be working within the transport team and will involve all aspect of the transport administration processes and coordination of the day to day running of this busy contract. Key Responsibilities: Support the Transport Manager in leading, motivating, and developing the transport team to ensure efficient use of staff and resources, driving strong commercial performance, cost-effectiveness, and high service standards. Ensure all deliveries and collections are completed in line with customer expectations, monitoring key KPIs such as delivery performance, revenue achievement, and vehicle utilisation. Manage daily and weekly driver rotas, including delivering pre-shift and weekly briefings. Administer driver holiday requests and expense submissions through the People System. ...
