You'll brief drivers clearly, monitor OTIF performance, and resolve any delivery issues with customers.
Maintaining fleet records, overseeing maintenance schedules, and keeping transport data accurate will be key. You'll also support efficiency by sourcing third-party work and contributing to continuous improvement across planning and admin.\n\nAbout you \n\nProven experience in transport planning (pallet network experience is a must)\n\nStrong IT skills - especially Outlook and Excel\n\nA solid understanding of UK transport regulations and legal compliance\n\nA flexible, can-do approach with strong communication and leadership skills\n\nExperience in customer service roles ()\n\nNational or International CPC (non-essential)\n\nLGV Class 1 & DCPC (desirable, for occasional relief driving)\n\nIf you would like to be considered please apply or contact Jack on (phone number removed) or \n\nINDTECH
