✅ Must Haves: ✅ Logistics/planning experience ✅ Ability to work earlies, lates & weekends ✅ Live within a commutable distance ✅ Strong attention to detail & organisational skills ✅ Confident IT skills (Outlook & Excel) ✅ GCSEs (or equivalent) Grade C+ in Maths & English ✅ Ability to interpret data & prioritise workloads ✅ Team player with strong communication skills

⏰ Hours: Rota-based 6am–6pm and 6pm–6am, following a rota pattern that changes every 12 weeks. This will eventually move to a 4 on / 4 off pattern.
