What You’ll Be Doing
Preparing site appraisals Feasibility studies and pre-application advice Producing Transport Assessments, Transport Statements and Travel Plans Undertaking traffic modelling and junction capacity assessments Liaising with clients, local authorities and wider project teams Attending meetings with stakeholders and representing the business professionally Supporting the delivery of projects across a variety of sectors Contributing to the ongoing growth and reputation of the business What They’re Looking For
Degree qualified in a relevant subject Experience within a transport planning consultancy environment Strong experience preparing Transport Assessments and related reports Experience with traffic modelling software such as Paramics, VISSIM or SATURN Ability to manage client relationships and represent the business professionally Strong written and verbal communication skills A proactive, self-motivated and solutions focused approach Experience in highway design or Road Safety Audits desirable Experience supporting large scale residential developments through the planning process desirable Benefits
