Job Description: A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full time Transport Service Co-Ordinator based in Colsterworth. Were looking for someone with excellent communication and customer focus skills to work as part of the wider Operations team to facilitate the successful and efficient utilisation of both our own fleet and third-party haulage to ensure efficient grain movement which fulfils our customer and supplier requirements. Ideally, youll have worked in a similar role before, be familiar with the agricultural farming sector or have previous transport experience. You will need to demonstrate a pragmatically commercial approach as you will be responsible for the cost-effective buying of third-party haulage, negotiation of haulage rates and a haulage spend extending to millions of pounds. You'll also need excellent time keeping skills, have a pro-active approach to learning, development, and continuous improvement.
