This is a 4 on 4 off role on nights working6pm to 6am but can vary depending on time of year and workloads. As our Transport Supervisor Nights , you'll report in to the?Transport Shift Manager and you will be?pivotal in providing leadership and direction to your shift of Drivers

You will be responsible for motivating your colleagues, problem solving on a day to day basis and ensuring that the transport operation runs smoothly across your shift where youll provide a detailed hand over to your Shift Manager and fellow Supervisors

Some of your responsibilities will be to?brief and debrief drivers to ensure that all instructions for their allocated runs are understood and actioned.

Working and partnering with external and internal clients regarding collections and deliveries
