Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 pa
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Shifts: Position 1 - Monday - Friday 04:00am - 12:00pm
Position 2 - Monday - Friday 11:00am - 19:00pm

Must have supervisory experience and be flexible to cover holidays & sickness

Siamo group are recruiting for a client of ours based in Measham, We are seeking 2 organised and proactive Transport Supervisors to oversee the daily transport operations. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient fleet utilisation, driver supervision, and compliance with all transport legislation. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and has strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily transport operations
Manage driver schedules, routes, and vehicle allocations
Monitor delivery performance and ensure KPIs are achieved
Ensure compliance with transport regulations, driver hours, and health & safety standards
Conduct driver briefings, training, and performance reviews
Investigate and resolve delivery issues, delays, and customer queries
Maintain accurate transport records and reports
Liaise with warehouse, customer service, and management teams
Requirements Previous experience in a transport or logistics supervisory role
Strong knowledge of transport legislation and driver hours regulations
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage and motivate a team
Good IT skills (transport management systems preferred)
Strong communication skills
