Uniserve are seeking a dynamic and proactive Transport Supervisor to efficiently oversee and manage our transport operations. You'll be pivotal in ensuring the safe, compliant, and timely delivery of goods, leading and coordinating our dedicated team across various shift patterns. Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off, 7am until 7pm What youll do: Oversee and optimise transport operations: Manage fleet activities, plan/approve efficient and compliant routes, and monitor transport management software for departmental efficiency. Lead and support the team: Delegate tasks clearly, support the Transport Planning Manager, and uphold health & safety regulations. Ensure customer satisfaction and operational alignment: Liaise with depots, customers, and sales to resolve issues and bridge the gap between sales and operations.
