Job Responsibilities
Oversee the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of transport and yard activities at the Perth site. Lead a team comprising six drivers, yard operatives, and a Team Leader, providing clear operational direction and support. Ensure all transport activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, including transport legislation and site-based compliance standards. Manage yard operations, including traffic management, stock control, and material handling, to optimise workflow and productivity. Maintain high standards of site discipline, housekeeping, and vehicle compliance to promote a safe working environment. Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies, fostering a safety-first culture across all operations.
