Transport/ Logistics Coordinator

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Transport/Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team at A1 Transport.

In this key role you’ll support daily transport operations, coordinate deliveries and shipments, and work closely with the Transport Planner to ensure efficient and timely movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

Ø Coordinate daily deliveries, collections and shipments

Ø Liaise with drivers, shipment partners, suppliers and customers

Ø Track shipments and proactively resolve any issues

Ø Manage shipping documentation and maintain accurate records

Ø Assist with scheduling and route operations

What You’ll Bring 

Ø Previous experience in Transport/Logistic

Ø Strong Organisational and Communication Skills

Ø Excellent problem-solving skills

Ø Good Microsoft Excel skills (logistics software experience is a bonus)

Desirable

Experience booking freight, knowledge of shipping documentation or CPC qualification (or willing to work towards it)
