Travel Consultant - Air Specialists Job no: 529878 Brand: FC Collection Work type: Full time, Hybrid Location: London Categories: Sales and Customer Service Summary The Consultant role is to work as part of a team to meet all customers travel requirements, utilising Flight Centre’s preferred product & suppliers. This includes maximising quote to booking conversions and building a sustainable customer portfolio through outstanding customer experience and service levels. What We're Looking For

Able to juggle several responsibilities competently Focus on monthly KPI targets and driving towards them Be able to communicate with team members and work together in close proximity Able to use initiative and self-motivation to reach targets and exceed expectations Ability to think ‘outside the box’ and to control situations that may arise Be able to process lots of information accurately and ensure invoicing is correct Be able to think about why things change and look upon changes positively Continually upskills and learns in their relevant discipline (destination expertise, airfare expertise, complex airfares, premium cabins, group travel etc.) Passionate about our company and our philosophies Be able to build relationships and be professional at all times

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales Proven track record in individual sales Degree level qualification or equivalent
