Travelling Private PA - London/USA + Europe (occasional work from home when the Principal is traveling without you.
Experience travelling with the Principal as a Private PA is needed for this role to be considered A knowledge of LA would be a big plus. Also, occasional travel to Europe. Used to some our of hours is essential due to the nature of the business. You must have some experience as a travelling PA to know the demands and expectations of a role of this nature. London based in office & remote as well as travel.
This is an exiting and very busy role in entertainment for someone who is an experienced Private PA who has the capacity to travel to the USA for 2-3 months a year (in one trip). Supporting a dynamic and successful media/entertainment entrepreneur whose schedule and diary changes on a daily basis. Adept at supporting someone 'on the go' with last minute changes to schedules and agendas, you will be used to juggling and resolving issues as they arise.
Excellent communication skills and able to prioritise is essential. Liaising with the Business EA on all schedules and changes your base will be London and you will travel with the Principal when needed.
Your background will be high profile, HNW successful entrepreneur, music, talent or a similar industry to understand the scope, requirements and culture of this role.
Able to think on your feet, be committed to your job and free to start ASAP. A positive and helpful personality is needed with a good sense of humour and a solutions driven way of working. A top all rounder who enjoys the challenge of a role that is different every day. Excellent package + bonus
