As an IVA Treasury Team Manager, you will work alongside the Operations Manager to support the departments operational success through strong leadership, coaching, and people management. You will play a key part in ensuring our team meets business objectives, all while upholding regulatory standards and fostering a positive, supportive culture. What Youll Be Doing
- Provide daily leadership, coaching and technical support to the team - Work closely with Insolvency Practitioners and Operational Managers - Support performance management - Identify training needs and help deliver sessions - Monitor compliance and quality measures - Ensure GDPR and Data Protection compliance - Foster an inclusive and high-performing team culture - Support change control and operational improvements - Embed new processes and regulatory updates - Produce performance and compliance reports - Communicate expectations and changes effectively - Identify and mitigate risks - Provide guidance on complex or sensitive cases - Represent the team in meetings and projects What Were Looking For
- Ideally some knowledge of insolvency regulations (Protocol, SIP 3, IPA requirements) - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - High attention to detail - Proactive, solutions-focused mindset - Confidence managing challenging situations - Approachable, empathetic and objective manner - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) Who are PayPlan?
