Triage Officer - Private Sector Housing

West London 6-Month Contract

Rate: £34-£40 per hour

Overview: We are currently recruiting for a Triage Officer to join a busy private sector housing team in West London. This is a fast-paced triage position focused on supporting housing enforcement services through effective case handling and prioritisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out triage of incoming cases within the private sector housing service Assess and prioritise a high volume of complaints and enquiries Provide administrative support to enforcement officers Allocate cases based on urgency and risk Maintain accurate records and case management systemsRequirements:

Experience within private sector housing or a similar environment Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to handle high volumes of work in a triage setting Excellent attention to detail HHSRS knowledge desirable but not essentialWhat's on Offer:
