We are seeking skilled and motivated pharmacists to join our dynamic team within the GP Out of Hours service. This role involves providing telephone triage, clinical assessment, and prescribing for a wide range of medical conditions in an urgent care setting. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in improving the safety, efficiency, and consistency of prescribing in primary care. The position offers an excellent opportunity to develop advanced clinical pharmacy skills while contributing to high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities Deliver telephone triage and clinical advice to patients. Prescribe and manage calls related to medication queries and repeat prescriptions. Assess, triage, and prescribe for acute minor ailments and a range of conditions in line with Dalriada Urgent Care (DUC) protocols.
