Trainee Store Manager – Berkshire & Surrey
Salary: £30,000 per annum + Bonus + Benefits
Location: Various stores across Berkshire and Surrey
Full UK driving licence required – as this role involves travel between stores across Berkshire and Surrey.
Are you an ambitious and motivated individual ready to step into a management role in retail? We are looking for a Trainee Store Manager to join our growing team in the Berkshire and Surrey area. What you'll do:
Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store

Learn to lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing team

Assist in delivering excellent customer service and in-store experience

Support stock management, merchandising, and operational processes

Help drive sales, profitability, and store performance

Uphold health & safety standards and store compliance

What we're looking for:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

A passion for retail and delivering great customer service

Ambition to progress into a Store Manager role

Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings

Previous retail experience is an advantage but not essential
