Role Overview The successful candidate will play a key role in advising on trust structures, taxation, compliance, and long-term wealth planning. This role involves both technical legal work and client relationship management, requiring sound judgment, precision, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Trust and Tax Advisory Provide expert advice on the formation, management, and winding up of trusts.
Guide clients on inheritance tax (IHT), capital gains tax (CGT), and income tax consequences of trust arrangements.
Support estate planning and wealth protection strategies.
