Trust Finance Administrator Based in Aston, Birmingham £15ph

Your new company

A trust of Primary School's based in North Birmingham is looking for a Finance Administrator to support the finance function for over 5 schools. The role will be Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, term time only. The role will be a potential temporary to permanent role for the right candidate and to start as soon as possible.

Your new role

The role will be based at the head office and entail raising purchase orders, goods receipting, investigating finance queries, liaising with suppliers etc. It will also include answering the phone and other data input and checking.

Please note that you will be required to meet visit school sites at times

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to have proven finance admin experience in the above and be able to work quickly under your initiative. You will also have recent satisfactory references for carrying out a similar placement within the last 2 years. You will also need to have a clear DBS check.
