Were looking for a Trustee Oversight Analyst to join our crucial Oversight team at AJ Bell. Reporting to the Senior Oversight Manager, youll be responsible for ensuring the effective operation of our Oversight function and ensure that robust systems, controls and governance are in place to manage associated risks. You will also ensure that we meet regulatory obligations and will support AJ Bells long-term strategic objectives. What youll be doing: Provide first line oversight of operational activities performed on behalf of the SIPP Trustee. Ensure appropriate controls and governance are in place to manage risk and ensure regulatory compliance. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess and monitor key processes related to SIPP administration (e.g. benefits processing, contributions, transfers). Ensure SIPP Trustee risks are identified, assessed, and accurately recorded. Maintain effective management information (MI) and ensure it remains relevant and fit for purpose in response to risk, audit findings, and regulatory change.
