Trusts and Tax Solicitor/ Fee Earner – Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Leicestershire (Hybrid) – £35,000 to £65,000

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced fee earner to join the Trusts and Tax team and manage a diverse caseload with a high level of autonomy. You’ll work with high-net-worth individuals, business owners, landowners, and charities on a range of complex matters, including:

Farming partnerships and lifetime trusts
Complex tax and estate planning
Will Trusts and Trust administration
Corporate Trustees, winding up of Trusts, and charitable Trusts

Do you enjoy building strong client relationships and providing tailored, high-quality advice in a collaborative environment? If so, you’ll fit right in here. You’ll ensure each matter progresses efficiently, maintaining exceptional standards of client communication and compliance with Law Society and firm-wide quality standards. You’ll also assist the Head of Department with departmental growth and contribute to business development initiatives through networking and marketing activities.
You
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor or Fellow of CILEX with extensive experience in Trusts and Tax work. You’ll bring:

Experience managing complex matters in a busy Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Tax department
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication and client care abilities
A target-driven approach with commercial awareness
A collaborative, proactive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for client service
CTA or ATT qualification desirable but not essential
