Are you passionate about high-performance turf environments and research-driven innovation? Our client is seeking a dedicated Turf & Trials Integration Manager to oversee the strategic and operational delivery of their prestigious research facilities.
What you'll be doing: * Lead the translation of trial and client requirements into top-tier turf maintenance strategies. * Ensure surfaces are prepared to the highest standards for research trials. * Monitor turf performance, adjusting plans to optimise research outcomes. * Act as the key operational link between Grounds, Trials, and Research teams. * Provide leadership and mentorship to the Grounds team, supporting their professional development. * Develop and oversee operational systems, budgets, and resource planning. * Maintain site standards, health & safety, and compliance policies. * Engage with clients and industry partners, representing the organisation at events. * Support business growth by showcasing site standards and innovation.
What you'll bring: * Proven experience managing high-performance or professional sports turf environments. * Strong leadership, communication, and management skills. * Ability to translate scientific research needs into practical operational plans.
