Windsor Forest Colleges group is looking for a Foundation Tutor to join our Berkshire College of Agriculture team starting in September 2026 on a permanent, full-time basis. Foundation Tutor The position of Foundation Tutor at Berkshire College of Agriculture entails delivering high-quality teaching and assessment in specific subject areas, aimed at providing an excellent education and training experience while promoting active student learning. This role offers a permanent full-time academic contract working 37 hours per week and pays on the Academic Pay Scale (T1 £31,133 T11 £44,841 at time of writing). Key responsibilities for the Foundation Tutor include the effective delivery of teaching programs, regular assessments of student progress, and the preparation of comprehensive progress reports. The tutor must maintain accurate and timely student records, including attendance and examination results, and uphold student morale and discipline in collaboration with College Management. Additionally, the tutor will keep abreast of developments in the curriculum and syllabus that are relevant to their teaching areas.
