Job Title: 1:1 Tutor – Brackley Area Location: Brackley Job Type: Part-time / Flexible Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience) About the Role: We are currently looking for dedicated and enthusiastic 1:1 Tutors to support learners in the Brackley area.

This is a rewarding role where you will work closely with students on an individual basis, helping them to achieve their academic goals and build confidence in their learning.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver personalised 1:1 tuition tailored to each student's needs Support core subjects such as English and Maths (other subjects are a plus) Plan and adapt lessons to suit different learning styles and abilities Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback Create a positive and engaging learning environment Requirements: Previous tutoring or teaching experience preferred Strong subject knowledge in relevant areas Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Patient, reliable, and passionate about education Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) Right to work in the UK Desirable: Experience working with SEN or vulnerable learners Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection What We Offer: Flexible working hours Competitive rates of pay Ongoing support from a dedicated team Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in students' lives How to Apply: If you are passionate about helping students succeed and would like to join our team, please apply with your CV or get in touch for more information.
