Business Testing & Readiness Analyst Job Market Insurance UAT Business Testing & Readiness Analyst About the role You will play a key role in supporting the testing and delivery of high-quality, well-executed, and operationally sound change across UK Retail. This role sits within the Group PMO function operating at the centre of the groups growing change agenda. You will ensure that new processes, MI dashboards, changes to the customer journey, product enhancements, and Acturis platform updates are fully tested and ready for release, supporting our ambition to deliver at pace while maintaining strong quality standards. This is not an IT testing role . You will bring deep operational understanding of broking workflows, customer experience, Acturis behaviours, and key broking metrics, applying that expertise to assess changes from a business perspective.
