Responsibilities

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will deliver excellent customer care and audiology services, including:

• Administering hearing tests and advising clients on options
• Providing aftercare services
• Managing the clinic with support from a Customer Care Coordinator
• Ensuring professional, courteous, high-quality service
• Creating a positive customer journey
• Building relationships with stakeholders
• Ensuring legal and internal compliance
• Planning clinic diary to meet commercial and customer needs
• Achieving KPIs and addressing underperformance

• Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser with HCPC
• Exceptional customer care skills
• Commercial awareness
• Strong computer skills
• Action-oriented with analytical skills
• Effective communicator
• Numerate and organized
• Driven and persistent

Desirable

• Full driving license
• Proven commercial experience
