Purpose of the Role:

Reporting to the UK&I Commercial Executive Manager, this position owns the relationships with the UK&I´s Strategic & National Key Accounts. It is critically important to enable Havaianas to grow the business and elevate the brand in the marketplace. It is primarily focused with building and executing Strategic Account plans for all accounts, delivering a best-in-class Go To Market process, and strengthening the relationships with our long-term brand partners . The position requires excellent attention to detail, in-depth understanding of a successful Strategic Account governance process and exceptional analytics and presentation skills. It will also include regular contact and engagement with the EHQ Leadership Team.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sales and account management for the Strategic & National Key Accounts in UK&I.
  • Reporting to the UK&I Commercial Executive Manager, driving strategic and sustainable growth and brand elevation across the marketplace.
  • Own and drive short and long term cross-functional planning & direction for the defined group of partners, to include seasonal product assortments, retail trade investment and execution and operational excellence.
  • Execute an elevated service model for all Strategic & National Key accounts.
  • Utilize and share sell out analysis and reporting, identifying opportunities within all KA´s.
  • Annual budget planning per KA, informing the UK&I plan.
  • Aligning with the UK&I Commercial manager and EHQ on critical account meetings.
  • Support and collaborate with the customer service team to drive operational excellence.
