Key Responsibilities

Deliver pre-prepared lessons while maintaining a positive and engaging learning environment. Manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain focused on their work. Support the learning and development of pupils across a range of subjects. Work collaboratively with school staff to maintain high standards of education and care.What We're Looking For

Strong communication and classroom management skills. Experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential). Confidence and enthusiasm when working with secondary school students. A genuine interest in education and personal development.
