Supporting students in the classroom with their learning Working alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons Providing one-to-one or small group support where needed Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement Assisting with classroom management and organisation Supporting students with additional needs Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all pupils at all times Requirements
