What We’re Looking For You do not need to hold a formal TA qualification, however you must have: Recent experience (within the last 5 years) working with children - this could be through volunteering, youth work, childcare, coaching, mentoring or school-based work. A genuine passion for supporting primary-aged pupils. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. A positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn. The ability to follow instructions and work as part of a supportive team.
