Our client in Blackburn is looking to recruit an Upholsterer for a permanent role out of their manufacturing and distribution site.

The role will involve: Upholstering various furniture frames including sofa beds, chairs, sofas and beds Using materials including leathers, velvets and high-end fabrics Checking work orders to determine amount of material needed Following drawings and designs Deep buttoning, piping and finishing Measure and cutting of materials The working times and pay: Monday to Friday 07:30-16:30 and 07:30-12:30 on Fridays (Part-time can be considered) 39 hours per week after breaks £13.00 - £15.00 per hour dependent on experience, reviewed after 3 months 12 week temp to perm role Skills/Experience Needed: Previous upholstery experience with sofas and beds essential 2-3 years upholstery experience Worked in the same industry recently or within the last 3 years Ability to read designs, measure materials and cut where needed If you are interested in this role please apply through the advert with an updated CV.
