Role & Responsibilities

Support the design and delivery of a wide range of urban design and masterplanning projects
Produce high-quality design outputs, drawings, and presentations
Collaborate with planners, architects, and other specialists to develop integrated solutions
Contribute to concept development, design strategies, and project reports
Engage with clients and stakeholders, supporting consultations and workshops
Assist with project management and coordination of design teams

Required Skills & Experience

2-5 years' experience in UK urban design and masterplanning
Strong conceptual and design skills with a creative approach to placemaking
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modelling software
Excellent graphic, verbal, and written communication skills
Master's in Urban Design (UK) or equivalent qualification; RIBA Part 2 with relevant experience also considered
Experience in project management and bid support desirable
