Job Opportunity: Vehicle Sales Executive

Location: Epsom

Salary: Basic Salary: £26,250 + On target earnings £60,000 Per Annum.

MUST HAVE CAR SALES EXPERIENCE

Hours of work:Monday to Friday 8.30am 6pm, Saturdays 8.30am 5pm with one hour lunch break and a day off in the week. Alternate Sundays are 10am to 4pm.

About the Role Vehicle Sales Executive:

This is an exciting chance to join a forward-thinking, customer-focused sales team. As a Vehicle Sales Executive, you will be the face of the dealership, guiding customers through their vehicle purchase journey from first contact to handover. Your role will be to deliver a personal and professional experience that builds lasting relationships and drives long-term customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers in the showroom, online, and over the phone
  • Understand customer needs and present suitable new and used vehicle options
  • Arrange and accompany customers on test drives
  • Build trust through honest product knowledge and finance advice
  • Prepare quotes, complete paperwork, and ensure full FCA compliance
  • Work toward individual and team targets
  • Deliver outstanding customer service from enquiry to aftersales follow-up
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and customer notes
  • Support vehicle handovers, ensuring a smooth and exciting experience for the customer

What Were Looking For:

  • Previous experience in vehicle sales or a customer-facing retail role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, target-driven attitude
  • Confidence in using CRM systems and basic office tools
  • Passion for delivering outstanding service
  • Full UK driving licence Held for a minimum of 2 years
