Role: UX designer Location: Manchester (2 days/week office) Job type: Contract (1 year)

Role Description:

Working within the UX Design team, the role is to support the continuous improvement of the digital user experience across the multiple digital channels. Help to define the interactivity and design on a variety of products, proposing solutions that balance user needs with business goals and technical capabilities. Driven by finding out how and why customers use our products, and be passionate about communicating these needs, proposing solutions to problems that excite and enthuse our customers.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Work across the entire lifecycle of a product, translating insights from research and analytics into concepts and solutions. • Working within a multidisciplinary team; partner with product owners, developers and business stakeholders to come up with solutions, driving vision and strategy for our products. Collaborate across the UX and content community to create and improve the bank’s design system and practices. • Our users lead the way and their needs inform our solutions.
