UX/UI Designer - DTC Retail

London - Hybrid

£50,000 to £55,000


A purpose-driven, growing consumer brand in the pet care space is looking for a Web UX/UI Designer to elevate their digital experience and support the growth of their D2C channel.


You’ll design intuitive, emotionally engaging web and mobile experiences that balance creative storytelling with commercial performance, helping drive conversion, loyalty, and overall online growth.


Responsibilities:

• Design, prototype, and test user journeys across web and mobile

• Collaborate with wider teams on campaigns and site experience

• Build and maintain a scalable design system and component library

• Run usability testing and iterate based on insights and user feedback

• Support CRO initiatives and performance-led design improvements

• Create assets for web, email, and paid social channels



Requirements:

• Proven UX/UI experience within D2C or eCommerce environments

• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD

• Solid understanding of conversion-focused design

• A portfolio demonstrating both brand thinking and UX execution
