The Opportunity An established and growing property consultancy is seeking a Valuation Surveyor or Senior Associate to join its Liverpool or Manchester office.

This is an excellent opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential and development assets, delivering high-quality valuation advice to a broad client base.

You will take ownership of a varied caseload, supporting both new and existing instructions while helping to strengthen and grow client relationships across the region.

Hybrid working is supported, and flexible hours can be discussed.

The Role Responsibilities will include: Undertaking valuations across commercial, residential and development property Preparing detailed valuation reports in accordance with RICS standards Carrying out inspections, market research and analysis Valuations for secured lending, pension fund, asset management and internal purposes Assisting with and preparing fee proposals Generating new business and maintaining strong client relationships Supporting colleagues on ongoing and complex instructions Mentoring junior team members (Senior level) This role offers exposure to a broad range of asset types and valuation purposes, providing a strong platform for career development.

About You MRICS qualified (RICS Registered Valuer preferred) Strong technical valuation capability across multiple asset classes Good knowledge of the North West property market Commercially aware with business development confidence Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage your own caseload and meet deadlines Full UK driving licence This position would suit an ambitious surveyor looking to step up into a Senior Associate role or an experienced valuer seeking greater autonomy and progression.
