LCV Technician /Van Technician / Van Mechanic

Shift: Monday - Friday (8:00am - 4:30pm)

Salary: £37,500 - £40,000 per year + Overtime Available+ Company Benefits

Our client is a specialist, reliable and reputable Commercial Vehicle Company based in andaround Berkshire/Reading. They are seeking a passionateand dedicated LCV Technician /Van Technician / Van Mechanic to expand theirgrowing team. Your role as anLCV Technician /Van Technician / Van Mechanic:

  • Carry out routine servicing and repairs on a wide range of light commercial vehicles (LCVs) in line with VOSA standards.
  • Diagnose and resolve a variety of mechanical and technical faults efficiently.
  • Work closely with the parts department to source the correct components as required.
  • Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and maintain safe working practices.
  • Accurately record time, complete job cards, and ensure all service documentation is finalised promptly.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and professional working environment.

As anLCV Technician /Van Technician / Van Mechanicyou should hold:

  • NVQ / City and Guilds Level 3
  • Minimum of 5 years working on Vans/ LGV Vehicles
  • Experience working in a fast paced and demanding customer environment
  • The ability to organise work on own initiative and work under pressure
  • Full UK Driving Licence
