Locations : South East London - Bexley, Bromley, Greenwich, Lewisham and Southwark.
Salary: £45,000 + Overtime
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established building services company, delivering first-class maintenance across South London - from Bexley, Bromley, Greenwich, Lewisham and Southwark.

Key Responsibilities:
Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and general building services equipment.
HVAC systems, Boilers and combustion plant, Pumps, valves, pipework, and water systems, Electrical distribution, lighting, and small power
Basic fabric maintenance when required (doors, locks, fixtures, minor repairs).✅ Candidate Requirements:
City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent).
City and Guilds 18th Edition
Full UK driving licence. What’s on Offer:
