We are working with an established client in Nelson who are looking for van conversion technician. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with solid experience in racking and van conversions who is confident leading by example on the workshop floor.

The Job

Carrying out van conversions and racking installations

Supervising and supporting the conversion bay team

Organising daily workloads and prioritising jobs

Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety

Ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on time

About you

Proven experience racking and converting vans

Ability to supervise and organise work within a workshop environment

Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship

Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
