The Role

As a Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) , youll play a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient repair assessments while maintaining the high standards that define The Vella Group.
Core Responsibilities

Produce accurate, right-first-time repair assessments
Maintain a strong working knowledge of Audatex and E-Scribe systems
Understand and apply the terms of all insurer and customer contracts
Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners, keeping precise records in the company management system
Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency
About You

Were looking for someone who brings both technical skill and a collaborative mindset.
Youll ideally have:

Previous VDA/estimating experience
Proficiency in Audatex and E-Scribe
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
A flexible, adaptable approach to work

Hours: 8.5-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
Licence: Full UK driving licence required
