Ability to follow build instructions, take notes, and crimp automotive connections. Interest in vehicles and good practical skills. Basic tool set for the role and willingness to undergo training for conversion processes. Desire to excel in a hands-on role and contribute to the successful conversion of vehicles. Preferred Qualifications: Proven automotive electrical experience.
