Shift Pattern (rotation):
- Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 0600-1500
- Back Shift: Monday to Friday, 1430-2330
- Overtime - Saturday Mornings:
- On-Call Rota: 1 in 4 weeks (Additional payment for on call) xbpsjku
