We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Vehicle PDI & Logistics Specialist to join our team in Livingston. This role is key to ensuring vehicles are prepared to the highest standards and delivered efficiently across our network. Youll be responsible for coordinating pre-delivery inspections (PDI), managing vehicle movements, and maintaining smooth logistical operations to support our sales and aftersales teams. Hours: 8.00 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday with 30 minutes for lunch (unpaid), i.e. 42.5 hours per week. Salary: Dependent on experience (will be discussed at interview stage). Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times. Key Responsibilities: Carry out and oversee Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) to manufacturer and company standards. Coordinate vehicle movements between sites, compounds, and customers. Manage stock control and ensure accurate vehicle records. Liaise with transport providers and internal departments. Ensure vehicles are prepared, cleaned, and ready for handover on time. Identify and report any defects or issues prior to delivery. Support continuous improvement in logistics and preparation processes.
