About the Role:
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a skilled Vehicle Prepper/Polisher to join their team based in Coalville. You’ll be working in a busy bodyshop environment, preparing and polishing vehicles to a high standard before delivery to customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare vehicle panels for paintwork by sanding, masking, and priming
*
Carry out machine polishing to remove imperfections and restore paint finish
*
Check for defects and ensure a flawless final appearance
*
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
*
Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards
Requirements:
*
Previous experience as a vehicle prepper and/or polisher in a bodyshop environment
*
Skilled in sanding, masking, priming, and polishing techniques
*
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality finishes
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Hours:
*
Monday to Friday
*
Day shifts
