This is your opportunity to work with one of the world’s most iconic automotive manufacturers, where excellence, innovation, and customer experience are at the heart of everything we do.\n\nWhat You’ll Do:\n\nAs a Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers – offering a warm welcome, expert guidance, and an outstanding level of service from start to finish.\n\nYour key responsibilities will include:\n\n * Providing exceptional customer service throughout the service and repair process\n\n * Booking vehicles in for service, MOT or repair work efficiently and accurately\n\n * Communicating clearly with customers about work required and associated costs\n\n * Liaising with workshop technicians to monitor the status of vehicles\n\n * Advising on additional work or preventative maintenance where appropriate\n\n * Ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate and compliant\n\n * Maintaining BYD brand standards in customer care and presentation\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\n * Previous experience in a Service Advisor role, ideally within a busy dealership\n\n * Strong understanding of automotive service and repair processes\n\n * A passion for delivering a premium customer experience\n\n * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\n\n * Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks\n\n * Proficient with dealership management systems and Microsoft Office\n\n * A full UK driving licence is required\n\n * Work with a prestigious brand known for excellence and innovation\n\n * Competitive salary and achievable bonus structure\n\n * Ongoing BYD Group training and certification\n\n * Clear career progression within a respected dealer network\n\n * 25 days holiday + bank holidays\n\n * Pension scheme and wellness support
