I’m recruiting on behalf of a well-established independent garage in Sandwich that is looking to add an experienced Vehicle Technician with an MOT license to their close-knit team.

This is a genuinely solid opportunity for a capable all-rounder who wants to work in a modern, well-equipped environment alongside a small technical team, supported by a much larger bodyshop on site.

The workshop runs with high standards, strong efficiency expectations, and a professional but relaxed atmosphere.

Responsibilities

* Carrying out MOT testing in line with DVSA standards

* Servicing and routine maintenance on a range of vehicles

* Mechanical repairs across various makes and models

* Diagnostic work and fault finding

* Supporting MET fitters when required

* Maintaining high productivity and efficiency levels (expected 110%)

* Ensuring work is completed to a consistently high standard

Requirements

* Qualified Vehicle Technician

* Valid MOT licence

* Experience across servicing, repairs, and general mechanical work
