Hoddens Garage are looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester to join our team. If youre an experienced mechanic with a passion for delivering excellent customer experience and keeping vehicles safe on the road, please reach out.
As a Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester, youll carry out MOT tests to DVSA standards and complete a wide range of vehicle maintenance and repair work. From advanced diagnostics & repairs to routine services, youll ensure every job is done to the highest standard.
- £34,000 - £36,000 pa + Bonus
- Bonus of upto £5,800 per annum (company performance related)
- 5 days a week ( no weekends)

- 3 weeks annual leave + Bank Holidays
- No weekends and fixed hours
- Company performance related bonus of up to £5,800

Skills and experience
- Level 3 qualified in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent qualification or experience)
- Valid xbpsjku MOT Testing Licence
- Musthave a full drivers licence with no more than 6 points
- Excellent time management and organisation skills requiring minimum supervision
- At least 3 years experience of automotive industry
- Good understanding of UK vehicle legislation for M3 category vehicles
- Understanding of FMEA and hazard analysis procedures
- Has right-to-work in the UK
