Our client, Cadnam Garage , are seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester to join their expanding team.

Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester, the role:
Carry out routine servicing and maintenance

Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults

Conduct MOT testing (or undertake training if not currently qualified)

Complete repairs to a high standard within agreed timeframes

Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow

Maintain accurate job records and documentation

Keep up to date with evolving vehicle technologies

Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester, the person:
Proven experience as an Automotive Vehicle Technician

NVQ / City & Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair

Strong diagnostic and fault-finding capability

MOT Tester qualification preferred (training available if required)

Full UK Driving Licence

Self-motivated with strong attention to detail

Confident communicator with both colleagues and customers

Able to work independently and as part of a team
