We are recruiting an experienced and fully qualified Vehicle Technician / Mechanic / Automotive Technician / Motor Vehicle Technician / Diagnostic Technician / Car Mechanic / Workshop Technician / Service Technician / Auto Engineer to join a busy, professional and well-established independent workshop.

This role is ideal for a skilled technician who is confident in servicing, repairs and diagnostics, and who is looking to develop further by gaining additional qualifications.

What's on Offer

£35,000 per year salary
Monday to Friday working - no weekends
8:00am - 5:30pm consistent hours
23 days holiday plus bank holidays

Full support to become an MOT Tester (training and qualification provided by the company)The Role

You will be responsible for:

Full vehicle servicing and routine maintenance
Mechanical and electrical diagnostics
Fault finding and repair across a wide range of vehicles
General workshop duties within a skilled team environmentRequirements

Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic / Automotive Technician (essential)
Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance (essential)
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Strong diagnostic, servicing and repair skills
MOT Tester not requiredAbout You

You will be a confident and experienced technician who enjoys hands-on mechanical and diagnostic work. Whether your background is as a vehicle technician, motor mechanic, car mechanic, service technician or workshop technician, you will be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
