Vehicle Technician – Main Dealership

Location: Stratford-upon-Avon
Salary: Up to £35,000 basic (DOE) + Bonus (OTE £41,000)
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm + 1-in-3 Saturdays 8:30am – 1:00pmAre you an experienced Vehicle Technician seeking a rewarding opportunity within a reputable Main Dealership? Our client, a premium Automotive Dealer Group based in Stratford-upon-Avon, is looking to appoint a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their dedicated team. Monday to Friday working week with 1-in-3 Saturday morningsDuties included in this Vehicle Technician position:

Conduct servicing, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicle makes and models
Diagnose faults accurately and execute repairs to first-time standard
Support the preparation of new, used, and loan vehicles ensuring quality standards
Collaborate with the workshop team to maximise efficiency and productivity
Maintain detailed and accurate job records and documentation
Ensure all work adheres to manufacturer and dealership standards
Support the team with vehicle inspections and assessmentsRequirements as a Vehicle Technician:

NVQ / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent qualification
Proven experience working within a busy Workshop or Dealership environment
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
MOT Tester licence (preferred but not essential)
Knowledge of hybrid and electric vehicle systems and VAG vehicles would be advantageous
Full UK driving licence
